Northborough, MA October 9, 2007 – Brockmann & Company released its latest independent, self-funded report on the role of email in the software, business process outsourcing and information technologies services industries. The report, entitled "Email in Software, BPO and IT Services Industries" is available for a limited time for free download on http://www.brockmann.com.
Peter Brockmann, President and Research Director of Brockmann & Company said, "Users from these industries receive 36% less email overall, but 20% more false-positives than others. In most circumstances, the higher incidence of false-positives means lost opportunities, delayed business and frustrated customers."
